Delivery Timeframes All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location within South Africa. Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons or public holidays.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery progress.

Import Duties & Customs ConnieCouture ships internationally and some orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival in South Africa, as determined by the South African Revenue Service (SARS). These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping fee. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have any concerns prior to placing your order.
